  By just hearing the word NO we make an image of negativity    Learn to say no :  helps you deal with difficult times situations and emotions .   Have you ever thought that whenever you say yes to something you are actually saying no to another one.  When you say yes to something that is not important, you say no to something that is important. “Yes” There’s a great feel in getting good at saying no.   You can’t be all things to all people.
